Damien Flynn
Chief Executive Officer
Damien Flynn has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ACTS since 2015. Prior to this appointment, he held senior executive positions with gategroup, the previous owners of ACTS. He led gategroup’s passenger and cabin services business, Gate Aviation, and from 2012 to 2015 was Chief Commercial Officer for gategroup’s $1 Billion North American division. Damien has more than 20 years of progressive business leadership experience and has held executive roles in strategy, M&A and continuous improvement, across a variety of manufacturing and service industries. Prior to joining gategroup he was Vice President, Strategy and Integration for the $25 Billion Americas division of ArcelorMittal, the world’s largest steelmaker. Damien began his career with management consultants McKinsey & Company, where he spent 6 years advising senior executives on issues of strategy, operations and organization.
Sam Juchtman
Chief Operating Officer
Sam Juchtman has over 34 years of professional experience in the military, maritime and aviation security industries. He is highly skilled in proactive protection against terrorist infiltration. Prior to moving to the U.S., Mr. Juchtman served as a Chief Security for ELAL Israeli Airlines in the Czech Republic and in Cyprus, a dual functional role, including security of the high-risk Israeli Embassy. During his posting abroad, Sam travelled and worked in almost every major airport in Europe and other parts of the world. As COO for ACTS, Sam oversees company operations with commitment to quality of service, compliance with customer specifications, TSA regulations and focus on safety in the work environment.
