Rich Davis

Rich Davis is the former managing director for the Global Security for United Airlines. Davis spent over 35 years with United Airlines, primarily in the Corporate Security department where he directed the broad range of aviation security issues surrounding the airline and the airports through which United operates. This involves working in close partnership with federal, state and local governments and in concert with airport authorities and other airlines. He is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Security Committee and the Air Transport Association (ATA) Security Committee. He is a former six-time Chairman of the ATA Security Committee and was Chairman of the IATA Security Committee in 2008-2009 after serving as Vice-Chairman in 2006-2007. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of Corporate Security, Rich held positions of Director and Manager with the Security Department. He has also served as a Senior Staff Representative and Coordinator with Security.

Major General (Ret.) Gadi Shamni serves as ICTS Europe’s Executive Vice President for North America. Before entering the private sector in 2015, Gadi served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for 36 years, retiring as a Major General. Gadi served in a range of positions including Commander of the Paratrooper's 890 Battalion and Commander of the Hebron Territorial Brigade., Chief Infantry and Paratroopers Officer, Commander of the Gaza Division, Head of the Operations Division IDF's General Headquarters, Military Advisor to Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, Central Command Commander, and Defense Attaché to the United States.
