ACTS-Aviation Security is pleased to announce the formal launch of our partnership with the Allegheny County Airport Authority at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT).

As part of a multi-year agreement, ACTS will provide unarmed civilian security guards to maintain access control of secure areas, inspect property and employees at check points, and conduct extensive patrols throughout the airport.

The start of service at PIT represents the third U.S. airport in the last 18-months to partner with ACTS in securing their facilities, joining Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

“ACTS is delighted to have commenced this partnership, at an exciting time for Pittsburgh International Airport,” said ACTS Chief Executive Officer, Damien Flynn. “I expect this to be a very successful security program, with a committed and supportive customer, dedicated employees and experienced local management. Our industry-leading operational and compliance team has quickly integrated PIT into the ACTS security culture and, under the leadership of our Chief Operating Officer, Sam Juchtman, ACTS Pittsburgh will deliver on our commitment to be the most trusted aviation security partner.”
